We do not serve meals at Fengers Lodging, but there are a few places within walking distance where you can enjoy a nice lunch or dinner.

Cooking for Yourself

Our kitchen is always at your disposal with storage space for refrigerated goods and other items included in your booking. The grocery store is just a couple of minutes’ walk away, and all the equipment you need to cook is available.

Stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc., are available in the kitchen.

Barbecuing

Barbecuing is absolutely allowed during your visit. A grill is available, and often charcoal and lighter fluid are as well. If something is out, it can be purchased at the corner store.

Please remember to grill at a safe distance from the building and be considerate of the next guest by cleaning the grill after use.

You have access to free internet via WiFi in all rooms.

Pets

Pets such as dogs are welcome, but they are not allowed on the beds for hygiene reasons.

Safety and Responsibility

Non-Smoking

All buildings are non-smoking. It is allowed to smoke outdoors as long as consideration is shown to other guests and cigarette butts are disposed of in the provided ashtrays.

Alcohol

We do not provide alcohol for our guests, but you are of course welcome to bring your own. Consumption is at your own risk, and we trust it will be done sensibly.

Locks & Security System

The house is equipped with a smart lock from Yale Doorman. A code or possibly a tag is used for entry.

Each room has a lockable inner door for which you will receive a key.

Fire Safety

Smoke detectors are in all bedrooms and common areas.

Self-illuminating emergency exit signs are above the exits.

Fire extinguishers are located in the following places:

Downstairs: In the common room

Upstairs: Each bedroom has its own fire extinguisher

Please familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers, etc., when you check in.

Damage

Under Swedish law, Fengers Lodging is responsible for you and your belongings only if damage was caused by Fengers Lodging. As a guest, you are responsible for any damage caused by you or anyone in your party. If something breaks, please inform us directly.

Force Majeure

Fengers Lodging and the guest each have the right to withdraw from the agreement if the rental property cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, labor disputes, fires, extended interruptions in water or energy supply, or other circumstances of equally invasive nature beyond the control and foresight of the parties.
